Shit happens and well, I doubt most *reputable* vendors will cancel a
bootcamp so close to the date unless there are extenuating
circumstances.
That said, contract is a contract. While I think, personally, that it
is BS in 99% of cases, I don't run a training center. If anyone wants
to help me run one and if I can get customers at the rates necessary
to guarantee cancellation within, oh lets say, 4 weeks of the
bootcamp, I'm down.
Considering the amount of flexibility and redundancy that I, as a
vendor, would have to carry to support this, it would become very
expensive for my customers. I'm certainly not going to take a loss to
implement such a system.
The network business, training business, any business is about the
same: if you want to limit failures, expect to pay more to support
redundancy.
