Policing and CIR,PIR,BC,BE

Dears,

1- I know what is BC, BE, CIR, PIR. But with Policing I am little bit
confused about the *relation* between CIR, PIR, BC, BE. Does BC relates to
CIR and BE relates to PIR, or both BC and BE relates to CIR, or what
exactly. ?

2- Is there any difference with BC, BE with Policing than Shaping ?

3- What is the the difference between "*police <bw>*" and "*police cir <bw>*"
and "*police rate <bw>* ?
