Solarwinds is good. So is Manageengine. Both of these cost money. For
something free, look at Nagios.

Hello All,
I just want to censor people's opinion on NMS tool. We currently use
Whatzup Gold in my place of work, but we are trying to get another tool that
can do better. I really need a tool that can monitor, among other things,
spanning tree problems when they happen; application layer issues, bandwidth
utilization, LAN auditing. I will also want to know your opinion on Tivoli
NMS.
Regards,
Mayokun.
