IDSM failed SCP download

Hi experts,

I have IDSM on Cat6500 failed to work with this error message:

[ %C6KPWR-SP-4-DISABLED: power to module in slot 5 set off (Module Failed
SCP dnld) ]

Any idea why this is happening or how to solve it?

I have searched Cisco website and found that message listed with the advice
of resetting the module hopefully it will work!
I did resetting the module and the Cat6500 switch and the problem still
exist.
