ASR 1002 Problem

Dear all,

I know this is not the forum to post the matter but I would like to know
about you genius that why i am not able to ping the loopback interfaces
configured in cisco asr 1002 routers with in the router itself.

 I have some problem in the SPA OEM module so I just tried to configure
loopbacks 0 and 1 with different IP subnets and try to ping it but I can't
get success

May anybody clarify why cisco has changed its IOS XE deviating with standard
IOS in normal router?
