The simple answer is - you can't :-). If you wish to import routes
between VRFs, you need BGP locally.
As Garry mentioned, you could do "inter-vrf" static routes, but, as
far as CCIE exam goes, that would not be allowed configuration, unless
it was specifically permitted (static and default routes are usually
forbidden).
