I think when I had my lab about 5 years back, it was like you could get
unofficial troubleshooting tickets... I was always told about it from forums
and to expect it....So when I took it first time..Hopefully since this old
stuff it doesn't break NDA...

1st troubleshooting ticket was something like my ISDN Simulator/Emulator
cables were patched up on the wrong side.. I had to convince the proctor
through debugs that it was patched up the wrong side....Did everyone hate
ISDN back then??? I think it screwed up a lot of people's lab attempts...

2nd troubleshooting ticket was something like I started getting at about the
end of the lab.. Ipv6 routes from peer (I think I was among the first ones
to take Ipv6 Labs) I told my procotor about it.. But he said just
troubleshoot and I shouldn't be seeing this on my lab..or something like
that...This made me so crazy.. since this happened just about 15 minutes to
the end of the lab...

Maybe it was just me... and I got some troubleshooting tickets to work with
or maybe the unofficial talk was true... Anyway.. I had many of my
friends experience trouble tickets during the lab... And you weren't even
told about it...So guess v4 is better you are told about the tickets..and
then expected to troubleshoot...
