Thanks - I'm looking for a date before that. I took the lab in Aug 1998, and
at that point, like today there were two parts, a written, and the lab.
Sometime in 1993 / 1994 the time frame Cisco dropped the requirement of the
troubleshooting class, that's the date I'm trying to nail down.

Hopefully some of the old timers on the list can help me with this question.
I'm working on a research paper about the CCIE program. Back in Sept of 1993
when Cisco announced the CCIE program there were three parts. The written, a
trouble shooting class, and the 2 day lab. Does anyone know when the trouble
shooting class was dropped?
Thanks in advance.
