802.1q Tunneling and l2protocol-tunnel and 4.0

I dont see anything specifict to 802.1q or l2protocol-tunnelling on the CCIE
4.0 blueprint. What is the general opinion on these topics. If we do see
tunnelling is it going to be just l2protocol-tunnel or some kind of
802.1q-tunnel scenario?
