It's all sorts of fun to configure, but it works.
In general, the important part is to make sure that each "layer" of the
multicast works. In other words, make sure your primary SP multicast
works. If so, your MVPN for CSC should work. Once you get that layer
working, then it should be easier for the customer of the secondary
carrier. But any failure in the interim will make your troubleshooting
all that more obnoxious! ;)
