Mate the SP lab IOS (12.2S) doesn't support both the "BGP Connector
Attribute" and the "pim rpf vector" features...so inter-as and CSC both
have few restrictions and caveats.

So multicast not working is not something unusual, you'll need to do your
research and work your way out.
