INE Covering the cost of CCIE Lab Exam similar to the Cisco 360

I got an e-mail from INE saying they will cover the cost of the Lab exam
like the Cisco 360 program. Except there are no conditions like instructor
approval and 80% on the quals. If they are for real, sounds like a great
deal. Anyone else get this?
