I took the CCIE RS lab twice, passing on my second attempt, both in RTP with
Howard. Howard is a VERY good proctor in my opinion. On each attempt, I
asked him several questions, demonstrating my knowledge to him in the
question to make it clear I wasn't fishing for answers and he was always
very helpful. As a general rule, people that complain about the proctors
just weren't ready or asking the right questions...
