I AGREE. I don't see any reason of having OEQs since v4.0 was
released. Drilling configuration solutions as some did in the past is
useless after troubleshooting section has been introduced. No need for
OEQs anymore.

I am still not aware of anybody who passed. The new version really
stopped the rapid increase. Maybe I like it. When I started to prepare
on CCIE R&S, I considered passing the lab to be a first day of being
an expert. Today, 3 years later, I am still not an expert (and I
haven't had any attempt yet). If I feel to be an expert one day THEN I
will give it a try. This is my personal view.

Christophe, I am sure you will succeed next time. You already know
what to expect. Good luck with your studies!
