I'm not sure what you're asking exactly, but if you want a remote XWindows session, you can do either X-11 forwarding or run a VNC session. There are plenty of great guides out there for getting a remote VNC, here is one I used recently for a RHEL setup.

The first part is the server itself, which sets up the geometry (resolution) and then you configure each individual user in /home/.vnc/xstartup. For fedora / RH stuffs, you would just replace twm & with kde-desktop & or whatever your kde startup script is.
Then you just connect with your favorite VNC viewer, ultravnc works greats for me.
