I think i got it...i mean i think that the task itself answers my doubt
(correct me if I'm wrong). Task says AR=128kbps and this router should be
able to burst up to its AR. So, I think that Be is not an issue here and it
is not asked to be configured either. This part "router should be able to
burst up to its AR" actually says that CIR=AR, right?
