I can understand that.
I did a simple google search using the query of UK CCIE jobs and found
a lot.
Kindly have your friend start there. Also he may want to revisit his
resume for a touch up and also improve on his interview skills.
While I am not suggesting those areas are lacking, there is always
room for improvement.
