Question: How do you clear frame-relay inverse arp entries?

So I have a bad habit of no shutting interfaces before assigning
interface-dlcis. Is there an easy way to clear inverse arp entries so
I can issue the frame-relay interface-dlci command on a sub-interface?

Right now I get back the message:

R4(config-subif)#fram inter 401
%PVC already assigned to interface Serial0/0

I've tried the clear frame-relay inarp and have even tried deleting
the specific DLCI with no luck. The only resolution I have found that
works is shutting the physical interface and then reloading the
router. Not real convenient.

Here is the interface config

interface Serial0/0
 no ip address
 encapsulation frame-relay
 shutdown
 no frame-relay inverse-arp
 frame-relay lmi-type cisco
end

Thanks
