That isnt needed.! At first i thot i would point the static route towards a
NULL0. then i need reverse logic.! if R2---R3 is DOWN then ip route shud be
TRUE.! so for turning the DOWN to TRUE i used track 100 with boolean AND and
NOT inside... Not needed in this config though! :P
