Thanks for the classification ....The reason why asked for whether you
need to queue during congestion is,If we try to use policing,as per my
understanding it doesn't queue and that may be the concern......
In these 6748 you may acheive the above requirement by using mls qos (SRR)
but the problem is, it may support only 2 egress queues(so may not be able
to accomdate different bandwidth weight assignment based on each
customer)....Kindly refer the documentation for mls qos and SRR support on
those line cards with respect to IOS you are using
Also if possible try to find/verify an ethernet card with SIP support which
I think may support your config
Expert in the group may add or suggest you some solution for your
requirement.
