Hi Aleksey,
The route-map is used for label distribution control. If a BGP neighbor is
configured with the send-label cli and there is no outbound route-map
configured for that neighbor, the labels are advertised with all the
prefixes. Once a route-map is specified, only those prefixes in the matching
route-map that have the 'set mpls-label" will be advertised with labels, the
rest wont. So, if an outbound route-map is configured without the 'set
mpls-label' cli, this means no prefixes will be advertised with labels.
