Tc minimum QoS vs Task working vs Lab

Hi list,

Task: Adjust policy so that Tc is minimum.

For Tc, 4ms, or 10 ms?

Service-policy output: TESTPOL

    Class-map: class-default (match-any)
      1 packets, 24 bytes
      5 minute offered rate 0 bps, drop rate 0 bps
      Match: any
      Traffic Shaping
           Target/Average Byte Sustain Excess Interval Increment
             Rate Limit bits/int bits/int (ms) (bytes)
           512000/512000 512 2048 2048 4 256

Example is INE lab solution guide says 10ms (via setting the Bc) I think 4ms
is less then 10, but 10 is the "optimal" often quoted.

Of course I would ask the proctor but this is playing on my mind, so im
wondering what the group thinks.
