Win7 puts downloads in "libraries" folder... Did you check there?
Why not just click on "open folder" in dialog box when its done downloading?

I'm running into issues using it on Win7. It says downloaded, but the file
is not in the location specified. Tried running with elevated privs and
made no diff.
