EIGRP summary address problem

Hi all,

I am experiencing an unexpected problem when configuring an EIGRP
summary address on the interface of R6 which is connected to BB3.

The problem is that any summary address except for 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 is
not sent by R6 to BB3. I have a couple of /32 loopback addresses in the
routing table of R6 and I am trying to advertise them as a summary
address /16. I have even tried adding a default route for the /16
network to null0 on R6, yet it is still not advertised to BB3.

Are there any caveats to using a summary-address on an interface for
EIGRP? and why does a default summary route work when all others don't?
