ARP timeout issue

Hi All,

(I am a member of groupstudy but as we don't have access to yahoo inside
here I am sending from my cisco ID.)

I have a switch 3750.scenario is like this:

Port fa1/0/14 of the switch is connected to a printer whose ip is
10.101.25.141. I am able to ping the printer from switch and after pinging
it I can see it in the arp table but within couple of seconds or when I do
clear arp I loose the printer from my arp table and left with only two
entries.

I have tried increasing the arp timeout of the interface to 1 min but no
joy. TAC has replaced the switch two times but still no joy. Wonder why the
arp table is not holding the printer's entry. Any Clue????
