Re: OT :RFC understanding

Knowing RFCs (Request From Cisco) is pretty good and it will Not hurt, but
we need to know Cisco's Implementation of that RFC. I recommend studying the
Doc CD. BUt as far as weird OEQs, well....I believe nothing will help.
