I failed the on my first attempt only due to OEQ and I feel out of 4 my
3 answers were right but somehow they didn't like my answers.
Since I passed in config portion, I tried to open a re-read request with
Cisco and I got the response that the OEQ section is not going to be
re-checked in re-read.

Hi Dennis!
Thanks for sharing your experience with us. Obviously, we are all
really disappointed to hear about this!
Did you ace the config portion? Do you feel you answered 3 out of 4
correctly? If you answered yes to both, you need to open a support
ticket immediately with Cisco. We just had a student pass after doing
this. He did not even have to pay for a re-read.
If you struggled with the questions was it their vagueness? I hope
Cisco is not returning to remote trivia...
Warmest Regards,
