Sorry to hear that, don't give up. I agee that Cisco is becoming the MS of the networking world with the explosion of certs, OEQ, valid for timeframes etc.

The OEQ are a great money making scheme by cisco and only benefit cisco and
the training company's.

Will this stop cheating..no. I think it will drive more people to cheat.
