Tc default value in GTS

Hi All,

  When I was going through the Generic Traffic Shaping (GTS) ,I am seeing 2
different things,in one place I am seeing the default Tc value is 125ms
while summarizing the difference between different shaping methods,I am
seeing the default Tc value as "Variable" for GTS.Kindly provide me an
insight on the same.
