voip issues: Urgent Help

Good Day all,

Please am trying to upgrade my cisco ip phone 7941 to use sip instead
of the default sccp image.

Have configured my tftp server and all that needs to be configured,
but I keep getting this errors from the tftp server:

CTL<mac>.tlv (File does not exist)

<mac>.cnf.xml (File does not exist)

xmldefault.cnf.xmf (File does not exist)

Checked for these files on cisco's cco, but I did not find them.

From what have read so far on this files, I read a wrong config could
put your phone to phone loop or the dreaded application loader
invalid.

Please I need help with these files from someone who has configured
one that works before.
I won't mind if you could send one which you have configured and it is
working well.
Please it is very urgent,
