There is no country who is handling TAC support for 24 hours I think,
In one case I was connected to US first, and the TAC was with me for 6 hours
to reslove the issue as it was a Priorrity One case so they transfered my
live to Austrlia and those guys took from the case in the middle.
If it is a Priority one case they transfer you live to another center (by
Live I mean even the phone call will not drop : ) )
