This makes sense, however I'm just curious if a distinction is made
between items that are planned additions to the lab for troubleshooting
and those that result from unpredictable bugs in IOS. Especially since
it's graded by a script. For example would this cause you to lose a 4
point Frame-Relay task or a 1 or 2 point troubleshooting task. Then
there's also the time required to reboot the router. I'm not sure if it's
fair to penalize candidates because of the appearance of IOS bugs.

I think the understanding of 0.0.0.0 mappings and their effect on
routing protocols is implied for a CCIE candidate. It might be a
troubleshooting item in v4.
