Hi Raheel,

As i understand, the default MST version (i.e. standard or
pre-standard) will depend on your IOS version.
Originally IOS only supported the pre-standard, then once the standard
was finalised IOS was changed to support the standard version and run
this as the default.
Obviously pre-standard and standard are not compatible, so that's why
you're prompted with the warning message.
I expect you won't run into in the Lab as the switches should run the
same version.

What IOS versions are you using on your switches?
