Version 4 Question

Under Section 5 of the R&S version 4 lab blueprint, it reads:

5.40 - Implement PIM Auto-Rendezvous Point (Auto-RP), unicast rendezvous point (RP), and bootstrap router (BSR)

Does the unicast rendezvous point (RP) refer to static RP or is this another misprint and should be unicast RPF or Anycast RP? (By misprint, I am referring to the "1.10(C) - 801.1s " for STP.

Just trying to clarify.
