     Cisco online Doc's, RFC's, Wiki's, updated IPExpert & Narbik Updated Workbooks.

     See above

-> how much Xtra effort do you think it is?
     That's a relative question which varies with each individual but I'm thinking that i will need an extra 3 months to go over the new stuff and feel solid enough to take the exam .

-> What would be the depth of MPLS technologies?
     Per the Lab Blueprint
