IMO, prefixes are not generally the problem ... DNS is. DNS can take
anywhere from 24 hours to 48 hours to propagate ...
So you can have the routing good, but the DNS name is not ... and thus
people cannot take advantage of the new resources.
Kelvin - might be some route servers you can check with ... these might not
be representative of 'world wide', but may also give you some ideas as well
as show you which ASNs your routes are passing through.
