Well frame-relay fragment 320 will just fragment frames larger than 320 bytes. What exactly does the task say?

All,

If we have to configure FR Link Efficiency between R1 and R2 (say), where a
guarantee latency Bandwidth is 256k and the queue is 320k.

!
interface Serial0/0/0
 ip address 10.10.10.10 255.255.255.0
 encapsulation frame-relay
 frame-relay class QoS
 frame-relay traffic-shaping
 frame-relay map ip 10.10.10.20 102 broadcast
 no frame-relay inverse-arp
!
map-class frame-relay QoS
 frame-relay fragment 320
 frame-relay traffic-rate 256000 256000
 frame-relay fair-queue
!
Is my interpretation correct?
