Jack,
Unfortunately no. You have to start over. You can do what some do and place a
support ticket with Cisco. However, the answer will return with a no. Having
spoken to a Pearson person recently, apparently this is a major topic and one
that has great sympathy among the support staff, however it still will end up
in a simple not possible.
I had to ask the question wehn I had the problem myself with the CCNP/CCDP and
I had to retake the entire CCNP and CCDP tracks all over again back in
2004/2005 and into 2006 before I finished the CCDP again. The sad part is that
I took the CCIE Written about a month after both CCxP's expired and rushed to
take them again in a 2 month period for the CCNA/CCNP. It took me about 1.5
years to finally complete the CCDA/CCDP. Ouch!
Not pleasant but a good review.
The bright side is that you probably know a healthy percentage of the
technologies.
Good Luck!
darby
