Well... You could collapse 3 BB's into one device by using VRF's and
you can use built-in FR switch. So, you could get away with 11 devices
:-). If you don't read Cisco's requirements for IOS memory and try
lower values (I was able to run 12.4 64M on 3640), you can get many
devices running on decent machine*.
