Yes, this is legit.
In an effort to better serve our current and future customer base we are
reaching out to all of you to ensure that you know of the FREE upgrades that
you are entitled to as well as keep you informed of new products and allow
you to take part in all of the different on line communities that you can
use.

I also saw someone mention being in a "China" territory. The city /
state that IPexpert is HQ'd in is China, MI

Please let your training advisor know directly if you have questions about
existing products that have FREE upgrades and to find out about all of the
NEW / UPDATED and EXCITING products that are there for you. Also if you have
an idea for a product or enhancement, your training advisor is a great
person to contact.
