Inter-AS VPN option C with out redistribution......

Experts,

Is it possible to achieve MPLS Inter-as vpn with Option C with out doing the
redistribution of the Labels(i.e redistribution of BGP into IGP) at ASBRs ,
when both AS are using their RRs to run BGP-VPNV4 with ebgp multihop and ASBRs
are using the send-label command with BGP ipv4.

I have tried using send-label command with IPV4BGP among all the routers in
each AS, but no success. Can any one point me in the right direction!!!!!
