The annuniciator, conference bridge and media termination point are all
registering to the publisher instead of being load-balanced between the
publisher and the suscriber. It looks more like a resource utilization issue
on the setup. We have over 2000 users in the database, with a publisher and
a subscriber. The status and the ip addresses are being seen as unknown on
the subscriber.

That won't matter, what matters is how they are prioritized in your MRGLs
and MRGs, and how those MRGLs are applied to your Device Pools.
