Critical service down on CUCM

Thanks all,
It seems that all the media resources are registering to the publisher
instead of being load-balanced between the publisher and the subscribers.
This is making attendant console to fail often. Has anyone encountered this
before?

Are you using SMDI functionality? If you are integrated with Unity you can
safely disable this service on all Call Processing nodes as well as the
Publisher. Messaging service is for SMDI connections to third party VM
systems.
