What happens when you remove the command "set spantree portfast 9/5-8
disable" from SW2?

Sounds like spanning tree is causing the port to be blocked.
You can try disabling spanning tree with the command spanning-tree portfast
trunk to see if that brings it up.

The most common reason for members to not be added to a channel-group is due
to differences between ports (which I am sure you are aware of).
Be sure trunks are established as well. I see allowed vlans is set to none
on your trunks.

Sorry for the poke and hope technology but sometimes email diagnostics can
be like working in the dark with very thick gloves. :-)
