You took it in a completely wrong direction Darby.
It was not about the CCIE candidate doing the fraud but the company tagging
the CCIE number to a country where the candidate is not working. The
candidate may still be working for the same company but in a different
region.
But, yes one thing is clear. This is difficult to do without the candidate's
knowledge as he will need to login to CCO to tag the profile. Also in any
case the candidate is at risk not the company.
