This is for Cisco and Uber Partners I think. Out in the *real world* where
most of the boxes are bought and where training is zero i.e, the
medium/small companies where most people are employed and the IT department
is still encouraging staff to make CCNA, they still think cabling happens in
the CCIE lab and numbers are a few thousand.
