Hope you are doing well. I can certainly understand your position. I think
that all of us that have passed or are working on passing the CCIE lab go
through this.

I think that a good skills assessment is in order. I would suggest that you
take a look at the lab blueprint and look closely and honestly at it and
grade yourself on where you feel that you are in regards to that technology.

While searching through the online documentation may seem tedious and like
it is wasting time, knowing how to use this tool and where to find items
will prove to be very valuable to you come October as it is what you will
have as reference in the actual lab.

I'd love to discuss with you ( privately as I don't want to turn this thread
into a vendor advertising war )
to see how we can help you in moving forward to a successful lab in October.

Please reply directly to me if you have any questions or want to pursue this
further.
