follow those instructions, after creating the tap interface on you
system, connect it to
dynamips devices:

F0/0 = SW1 F0/0
F0/1 = SW1 F1/0
F0/2 = SW1 F2/0
F0/9 = NIO_tap:tap0
in that case, the tap0 interface of your system can be pingable from
the f0/9 interface, and from
all your virtual network. f0/9 and tap0 of course they should be part
of the same subnet.
Install an http server like mini-httpd (or the one you prefer) and
make it listening on the tap interface.
on the root directory where the httpd server is, put a big file of the
size you need, then you can copy
it as for: copy http:://1.2.3.4/big_file.txt null:
