Jack,

If the process numbers match on the PE's the route will be O IA by default.
If the process numbers do not match, it will be O E2.
If the process numbers do not match, set the domain-id on each PE to match
and it will go back to O IA.
Use the sham-link, to make the route strictly O (intra-area).
