There have been a lot of great posts already on what to do during your last month and a couple IMO are listed in your original question. I re-did the entire volume1 ver5 labs during my last month and I think it helped a lot. If you can, check out the ASET labs and if IPExpert is still offering the free mock lab, give that a go too.
Have you taken any of the mock INE labs? If so, how are scoring?

Not that I'm speaking from experience here but devising a hit list of what
you struggle on would be time well spent. Then take time out to find those
things on DocCD. Other than that, protocol labs, work on your speed and some
mocks. You will want to know how to configure the basics of everything cold,
understand the nuances of how things actually work, and know where to look
for things you just can't recall off the top of your head.
